23 Apr New Fondazione Dalmine ETS Headquarters Project
The new Fondazione Dalmine ETS headquarters welcomes visitors with an experience: an immersive room of 60 square meters, the only one in Italy where it is possible to experience the steel industry as a profound journey through the most complex production processes. The fire, the automation, the very high technological level, the history of excellence are the plot of a video that takes the viewer into the heart of the technological evolution that has always characterized the path of TenarisDalmine. Project by NEO [Narrative Environments Operas] in collaboration with 02ARCH.
FondazioneDalmine ETS thus renews its mission of promoting industrial culture attentive to the issues of environmental and energy sustainability and does so starting from the place that houses its new headquarters: the former company guesthouse of 1924, in which were recovered over 4,000 square meters of new and large spaces. The renovation, entirely supported by TenarisDalmine and the Enrico and Agostino Rocca Foundation, complies with the requirements of the LEED Gold level certification, a voluntary certification program that attests the degree of eco-compatibility and sustainability, already taking part in the design phase to regulate energy and water consumption, the reduction of CO2 emissions, the improvement of the ecological quality of the interiors, the materials and the resources used.
On 19, 20 and 21 April, from 9.00 to 19.00 the new headquarters of Dalmine Foundation will open for the first time to the public, with a series of guided tours to discover the spaces and work of its researchers and trainers.
The inauguration is part of the initiatives scheduled for the National Day of Made in Italy.
