15 Nov The new Lavazza space at F.I.CO. Eataly World opens to public!
The new Lavazza area at F.I.CO. Eataly World in Bologna, designed by NEO [Narrative Environments Operas], is a fluid space developed around a central core. In this large area the Lavazza universe is narrated through a 360 ° multimedia path along a coffee plantation that can be activated directly by visitors through a large grinder.
The entire coffee production process, from seed to plant, to roasting and tasting, is illustrated in an educational area composed of five exhibits.
In the lounge area is possible to watch a large projection featuring the Earth Defenders, witnesses of a sustainable agriculture world, portrayed by photo masters such as Steve McCurry, Joey L. and Denis Rouvre.
The roasting area shows all the coffee transformations from the green seeds to the packaged product. It is divided into two areas: a production one with the toaster and a grocery one opened to the public for the purchase of the special “Fresh Roasted” mixture, in grains or ground.
