At the entrance of the Chiesa della Missione (Mission Church), the visitors attention is captured by the ornate fresco that opens the perspective of the dome. In the same way, when entering the Winter Chapel of the Church, the visitors are struck by the images spread over the ceilings of the room and across a wall.
The virtual fresco reproduces in video the work of Andrea Pozzo, animating it to guide the public’s reading and understanding of the work.
Text, sounds and animation introduce and present the thinking of the founding father of the order, St. Ignatius Loyola, who saw in the practice of vision and imagination a road to the salvation of the soul.
