DOMUS OPERA

The multimedia intervention conceived for the Sala del Capitolo adjacent to the Baptistery aims to provide the public with an experience that does not have solely educational purposes but instead represents, through evocative dissemination, a strong emotional involvement. The multimedia story has the primary purpose of narrating the Baptistery from various points of view, in the most possible immersive way, not only through the frescoes of Giusto de’ Menabuoi that characterize the interior space, but also recalling the function of baptism in a theological key, also because the building still houses this rite by the faithful. By means of a narration that is not merely didactic but with a suggestive cut both from the point of view of images and sounds as well as the screenplay, the story of salvation of which baptism is metaphor is told.
