The installation, citing the works of John Martin on the Apocolypse, displays the natural elements as they unlease all their force and where man, small and helpless, can do nothing but watch the end of the world and of himself. The audience can experience the Apocolypse as something you can describe, attempt to understand, or as something to avoid. The scenarios, initially represented through paintings, transform into water, fire, wind, lightning and, storms. Moving amongst the large net screens, a unique experience exposes the visitors to the furies of the elements as if they were in the middle of a natural disaster.
The spectacular symbolic images bring a modern interpretation, always more relevant, of the world’s end due to natural disasters. An custom soundtrack evokes the intimidating voice of a violated nature.
