The monographic exhibition “L’anima sensibile delle cose” (“The sensitive soul of objects”) is dedicated to the work of Deepdesign, a Milanese industrial design studio created by Matteo Bazzicalupo and Raffaella Mangiarotti. Six objects, that illustrate the research ethos of the group, characterised by a humanist approach to technology and natural poetics, are on display.
The six objects are accompanied and animated by video installations projected from above that reproduce their shadows. The shadow moves gently, wafting away words and small elements that underline the characteristics of shape and design of the object it refers to.
